"The hat itself is decent quality, so..."
The hat itself is decent quality, so I can’t really complain about that, but the color was a lot darker in person than it looked in the photos. I ended up keeping it, but I was definitely disappointed. I feel like it’s only fair for product pictures to show what you’re actually getting, so I probably won’t order another one.

"Had to Be Patient, but It Still Wasn’t Worth It"
I really tried to give this a fair chance and be patient with it, but it just didn’t feel worth the price. I kept waiting for it to impress me or at least justify what I paid, and it never really did. Disappointing overall.

"Sizing makes no sense"
I ordered the size I normally wear, and this cap was way too tight. Like, felt like it was made for a kid. I even looked at the size chart before buying, so I have no idea what went wrong there.
I tried another style from the same brand and that one fit completely different, which is just frustrating. I don’t want to guess every time I order something. Not dealing with it again.

I’ve ordered from them a few times now the loyalty points build up faster than I expected. Used them for a discount on my last hat and it was super easy, no hassle or anything. happy with the whole thing.

"My first reaction was, “Oh, this is..."
My first reaction was, “Oh, this is a nice cap.” It looks good right away, fits comfortably, and I didn’t really have any complaints when I first put it on.

But then I saw the care instructions and kind of went, “Ugh, really?” It’s a bit fussy to clean, and I wish I could just toss it in the wash without thinking about it. Still a decent cap, just not as easygoing for everyday use as I hoped.

"I bought this as a gift..."
I bought this as a gift for my brother and he ended up really liking the style. Shipping was fine and it was packed nicely enough. The only thing was I was kind of rushed when ordering, so figuring out the sizing felt a bit tricky and I mostly had to guess. It worked out though, and overall it’s a solid gift idea. I’d buy it again.

"Showed Up Fast"
I’m not the most patient person when I’m waiting on something I ordered, so I was checking the tracking a lot. The hat still got here in just a few days, which was faster than I expected. It did show up one day later than the first estimate, which was a little annoying, but the tracking worked fine and the shipping was still good overall

"Honestly, a really solid hat"
I picked up a cap from Boston Scally and yeah, I’m impressed. It’s one of those things where you order a hat online and kind of hope for the best, but this one actually feels really well made. The material has a nice thickness to it without feeling bulky or heavy, and the stitching is clean, which I always notice probably more than I need to. It fits better than a lot of hats I’ve bought online too, which was a nice surprise. I’ve been wearing it often and it’s still keeping its shape, not getting weird or floppy. Overall, really happy with it. No complaints from me.

I thought the cap would look like the pictures, the color was definitely off when it arrived. It just looked different in person than it did on their site.

"Hat was nice, packaging not so much"
The hat itself is actually decent, which made the packaging feel even more disappointing. The box showed up looking beat up, and the hat was basically just tossed inside like an afterthought. I guess it’s nice they saved money somewhere, but for the price, I was expecting it to feel a little more put together when it arrived.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE/BUSINESS OWNER ON THE PLANET!!! My wife and daughter ordered three hats for me for Christmas. They were the wrong size so I returned them. After several months and 17 emails, they still have my money, I have not received replacement hats or coupons to replace the order, and they refuse to contact me directly to resolve the issue. Mike Arone (Owner) is clearly running his business poorly. I have been as patient and cordial as possible trying to resolve the issue. Each email only seems to drag out the process further despite simply asking for the paid amount in Boston Scally coupons. Hard to believe a business would risk their companies integrity for three hats. BEWARE. This could be your experience. VERY SHADY. For the record, I have never once posted a negative business review online. Yeah, that bad.
